of cause is the MUST-EAT festive food.....
汤圆 (tang yuan)
look a bit cacat...
but they'll turn round and smooth after taking a hot bath in the delicous soup
the dough for tang yuan is home-made...
by the superwoman in my home-->my mom
the tang yuan more chewy and firm compared to those machine made one.....
had lots of tang yuan as usual....
tang yuan appear in my breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner for today....
it is a bit special this year....
other than the typical sweet tang yuan we usually have....
we also have some savory one this year.....^^

the soup looks quite oily....
it's too delicous for me not to finish it to the last drop

coz they're filled with some red bean paste..

豆沙水 (thick red bean soup) is home-made as well.....
it's a tedious process to make this smooth thick red bean soup.....boiled the beans.....
removed the husk of the bean...
boiled the slurry again....

the soup is added with some 陈皮 (dried orange peel)...
which give hint of refreshing tanginess in soup...^^
home-made stuff is always the BEST...
