PEACE Xmas eVe

it's Xmas eve.....

didn't feel like eating at home the same chinese food again....

so went to The Gardens have some western stuff

and most important to feel the festive air in town....

but......as expected......not many people there....

maybe most of the people were in church or balik kampung already....

so.......where we had our dinner?

The choosen one.....

They only served Xmas Eve set dinner for that day.....

First served the starter for sure

(from left) chicken fajita nachos, sesame jack chicken strips, southwest shrimp cocktail

Then the main course....

they were served before we finished the starter.....==

(from left) Jack Daniel's chicken, chicken & shrimp diablo, grilled cedar salmon

comments: only the pasta is ok, the salmon and the chicken breast were a bit salty to OUR taste

lastly the dessert.....
was hoping they wouldn't disappoint me......
but still......

Mocha mud pie

this one......rich choc mousse......but i think their fridge too powerful......

i could bite some little FROZEN mousse in it.....

Mini dessert: Strawberry Parfait and Shickers treat

they are really super mini.....few spoonful of the dessert spoon can finish it......

but the parfait really nice....^^

this is the Xmas eve dinner we had....

as expected.....it is a not-so-good meal

only the starters were considered good........

because I like the thick sweet sour dipping sauce for starters.......

after dinner.....

had a walk around Gardens and MV...
our main purpose just to snap some memory in front of those beautiful Xmas deco in mall....

if you haven't had the chance to see the deco of Gardens,KLCC and MV....

so there we go.....
don't know who suggested....
as usual....with my bff and their bf.....8 people in total....
a bit special this time....ah lai in as well.....since she seldom go out at night....

in and out a few shops.....
looking at the clothes.....
meet up with jac&keong and pv&lip
we went for our early dinner...around 6pm....

don't why.....
all of us order pizza.....except lip....
damn full after 6 slices of pizza dive into my stomach....

so have a walk after a CHEESY meal....
someone suggested watching movie....
at first they all wanted District 9....
since it's fully booked at GSC and late show at TGV
so at the end......separated into 2 movies
The Proposal (wk & jac) because they've already watch Joes.....
others went for G.I. Joes
first feeling on this movie.....why it looks like some kind of space war game?

i think because of the computer graphic thingy....

the "Snake" (covered in black on blue side)
never show his face throughout the show....
pity him.....can't get fame out of this movie....he's so cool...

wk....after pv leave for Kedah...
she takes her job as the photographer....
had some random photo-shot while jac&keong were queuing to get the ticket at GSC....

time flies....
today is friday....tommorow is saturday again....=.=
then without even realise the movement of time....
another saturday is just like coming in next second....

favourite season of Malaysia...

durian season is ON!!!

my all time favourite...hohoho...

just managed to capture one durian before eating its yummy flesh...

love the strong fragrance of the durian
the yellowish flesh inside
the bitterness + sweetness in the mouth
the soft pulpy creamy texture

and most importantly....
it is RM10 for 3....
they are on sale at the Jalan Besar market....

i had bought....
er...no...
it was my dad who paid the money...
2 durian kampung....
guess how much....
RM40
4/5 of a RM50 note
because it was RM12 per kg....
i was shock when heard the price...
but they were really nice...

hope the season won't over...
i still haven't had enough of DURIAN...
want more more more and more...
